Who this notice is for

This notice explains what personal data ELDN Ltd collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what your rights are. ELDN Ltd is the data controller.

What we collect

At this stage, we only collect what you give us through our forms: your name, your email address, and any details you choose to share (for example your practice, your city, or whether you are joining as a member or a practitioner).

Why we use it

To contact you about the waitlist, to follow up on provider applications, and to send you occasional ELDN updates. That is it.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent. You give it by submitting one of our forms. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your data is stored with our service providers, within their standard safeguards, so we can run the site and send you the messages you asked for.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to remove it. Ask, and we remove it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, and ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@eldn.com. We will respond within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

The site itself sets only what is technically necessary to make it work. We do not run advertising cookies. We do not track you across other sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
